These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.
1. Payment Terms:
Payment terms are strictly 50% before work is carried out and the balance on ready to ship advice. By making the initial deposit you are deemed to have agreed to any templates or samples received by you.
2. Passing of Title and Risk:
The risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery. All goods delivered or not, remain our property until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to alter any details or design of products illustrated without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the catalogue / website no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
Prices on the website exclude setup and printing/graphics costs. These are all charged at additional costs and are dependent on customer’s artwork and positioning. Every reasonable effort is made to keep the website prices accurate, but is subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 14 days (with the exception of items containing memory chips for which prices are valid for 5 working days).
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery date specified by us is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods.
6. Quantity Variation:
We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus of the quantity ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing so as to reach us within 5 working days of delivery. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity with the terms of the contract. All goods must be examined at point of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit.
Save in so far as defects in the goods cause death, injury or damage to personal property, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of goods under this contract unless you have fully complied with the notification of claims procedure set out in clause.
9. Cancellation Charges:
An administration charge will be made on all cancelled orders together with the charge for any work by OfficeRange carried out up to the date of written cancellation.
Blank samples can be provided (stock permitting), and will be charged at the MOQ rate plus freight if not returned within 14 days. Samples can be made available with your logo for signing off purposes. However these will incur additional costs to cover freight and any setup charges.
11. Quantity Changes to Orders:
Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing prior to commencement of processing. Any increase in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.
Artwork will be supplied to us in Adobe Illustrator format unless otherwise agreed. Pantone matching, if possible, will usually incur a small additional charge. Artwork is the sole responsibility of the client. Please check thoroughly. Office Range strives for consistency of quality and colour. However due to the different materials used, some colour variations can occur. Products using sublimation process can expect slight variations from item to item especially solid dark colours
13. Unbranded Goods:
Unbranded products will be supplied at a discount, which will vary according to the item and quantity. Please enquire for further details.
