When should we be looking at Christmas gifts and thankyou items?
The answer is simple... now!
September is always a frantic time whether you are a retailer busy ordering stock so that it arrives on time for the Chritmas sales or in the service industry, making sure you can fullfil all tasks so your customers have everything in place for the end of the year.
You might be thinking well I have plenty of time before I have to worry about and promo gear and in most cases you are right especially for the small lead time products.
But now is really the time to finalise the marketing strategy for the end of the year and make all the inquiries so that there isnt any disappointments at the end of the year.
Delays can happen and getting in early will help minimise any potential disasters.
"Be prepared", thats the motto for this months newsletter.
